Payment Terms

1. Agency Fees vs. External Costs

Our proposals clearly outline our agency management and development fees. Please note: Third-party expenses such as marketplace seller fees (Amazon, Etsy), domain registrations, web hosting, and premium third-party software subscriptions are strictly separate from our service fees unless your written proposal explicitly states otherwise.

2. Invoicing and Payment Schedule

• Monthly Retainers: Billed on a recurring basis as outlined in your agreement. Services for the upcoming cycle are typically invoiced in advance.
• Project-Based Work: Often structured with an advance payment to commence work, followed by milestone payments linked to project phases or final delivery.

All invoices will clearly display the due date and applicable taxes.

3. Late Payments

Timely payment ensures uninterrupted service delivery. If payment is significantly overdue, Dizicom reserves the right to pause ongoing development or store management work until the account is brought current. Any billing errors or disputed charges should be reported promptly to our contact team for rapid correction.

4. Approval of Additional Costs

We do not believe in hidden fees. Any required additional work, scope expansion, or third-party production cost will be explicitly communicated and will require your written approval before the charge is incurred.
