Clear ownership rules for client assets, deliverables, and third-party licenses.
Effective Date: 10 October 2026 | Last Updated: 13 October 2026
You retain full ownership of all logos, brand guidelines, product images, and proprietary content that you provide to us for use in your website development or organic campaigns. It is the client's responsibility to ensure they possess the necessary legal rights for any materials supplied to Dizicom.
Original deliverables created specifically for you by Dizicom transfer to your ownership or licensing strictly upon receipt of full and final payment, as detailed in your Statement of Work. Until full payment is cleared, Dizicom retains rights to the created materials.
Website source code, creative files, and platforms often utilize licensed third-party assets (e.g., premium fonts, stock photography, CMS platforms like Shopify/WordPress, or plugins). Ownership of these assets remains with the respective third-party creators. You will be granted the appropriate user licenses, but exclusive copyright cannot be transferred for items we do not exclusively own.
Unless expressly requested otherwise in writing, Dizicom reserves the right to showcase non-confidential completed work and public website references as part of our professional portfolio and case studies.
